Hi,
Im Ron from Scotland, due to a disability I'm restricted to Autos. I had a manual RSP in the past. I'm looking for info on if an automatic classic mini is any good, what engine size is recommended. Can an automatic be tuned like you can do with a manual mini.
Any help or advice much appreciated.
First post in forum, so hello folks.
Thanks
Ronnie

Welcome Ronnie. We can help you with all your questions here on this forum. Naturally everyone here will say a classic auto mini is great. Although not all that necessary, the 1275 is the preferred unit. Yes, some members have successfully tuned their autos.

Hi Ron, welcome to the forum, were all here to help if possible, as mentioned if your looking to convert, your better off with a 1275 as there,s no substitute for cc. There,s plenty of tweaks to be done, and if looked after the auto box can be pretty hardy.
