Now this is a fun job... thought I'd write it up as I can't see another one...
but the easy bit... take the front grill off...
then you'll want to take the belt off the air-con/fan
12 mm bolt to you can get to easy enough from underneath to slackon the tensioner, and a 14mm bolt to loosen the pully so it'll move up and you can take the belt off the pully
then 14mm bolt at the end of the filter to remove it...
now's where the fun starts...
there's no room to actually remove the filter from within the engine bay as the aircon pump blocks you getting it out, so you'll need to remove the 4 14mm bolts that hold the aircon pump in place, one in particular is a PITA to get to, you'll be needing a thin straight spanner for this one, loosen the bolt that connects the aircon and the alternator, and loosen the two bolts/nuts that hold the alternator onto the engine, you should then with a bit of brute force be able to move the aircon pump enough to get the filter out.
refitting is reverse of this...

OK... scratch most of the second lot of this... I found out that actually you CAN get the filter housing out without moving the aircon, I couldn't because mine had a cracked engine mount so the entire engine was sitting about half a cm too low... doh... fixed that and its now much easier to change my oil filter...
