We've had Evy for about 4 years, she went to IMM2009 (Clubman 40) on a trailer as I didn't quite have time to get the MOT. She was planned for my daughter Linzie to learn to drive in. Linzie was 17 in December, but it wasn't until this week that I finished the car and got the MOT - flying colours with no advisories! Linzie finally got to drive her tonight.

Nice work, Chris, Evy's looking very good Are you teaching Linzie to drive? I'm not sure I'd have the patience to teach any of my children.

She's been having lessons, but she needs more practice than that. Lessons are expensive these days! I've taught all my kids, well at least given them driving practice. Teaching is my job, after all! Jane also took Adam out and she say's she'll take Linzie out too. But she would never have taught Holly as it would have been World War 3!
I must say it's been fun watching "Driving Me Crazy" on TV. For anyone who hasn't seen it, they find learners who started driving a while ago but have never passed a test, and get them to choose a friend or relative to teach them to drive. Then they send them out on a 5-day 150 mile road trip in a £30k Danbury VW Camper before giving them a test by a real driving examiner!
