Well i'm now really fed up. It seems every time we have maintenace issues it's NEVER STRAIGHTFORWARD. it took two weeks to change a battery Now how long will it take after an oil change......
I'm just wondering what next and how long........... Just as well I have another car as a daily driver.

Hiya Sam Sorry to hear about your problems with Boris, unfornately this is one of the down sides of owning a classic mini. I know exactly how you feel because when I have problems with Molly I say to myself "what am I doing with this?" but then once I've cured the problem I then very quickly realise why I own a mini. I find that she goes through stages where she has no problems at all and then it's one after another none of which seem to be easy to solve but as I said once solved she's a dream

Would you be able to get an o ring from your local motor factors, Im sure if you took the old one in they would be able to find something even if you have to buy a few different ones to see.
