Errr...i thought we dealt with mini's......METRO..where will we go next, maybe the Mini/Metro auto register....NAH just stick to Mini's Hi bode5997 if you read the banner its says for mini automatics and all other BLMC a Series engined Automatic with the Automotive Products Automatic Transmission Its also in "Background History" in "About The Register" section The aim of this Register is simply to allow owners of the Automatic Mini range plus all other vehicles using the A Series/AP Automatic Transmission Combination, the opportunity to have a common forum, in particular to share your experience of ownership in order to benefit other Owners and EnthusiastsWhen we talked about starting the Register at first it was primarily for those with Automatic Classic Minis but we soon realised the same engine was used in Many other BLMC/Rover cars and that we could all share resources and information regardless of the body the engine/transmission was in So everybody and Anybody who has any vehicle that uses an A series engine/AP automatic Transmission is very welcome here on AMR

Hmmm? Did think about including other series Engines but they Aint A Series Our Beloved Cars use the AP or AP2 or AP2b but they larger Allegro/Maxi/Landcrab engines use the AP3 I guess they are welcome to the more the merrier (makes things a little more interesting too )

You're absolutely right. Their engines are our engines on steroids. ;D ;D But they do have many similarities.
