Are the oil seals where the axles go into the automatic transmission changeable with the transmission in the car?
and who sells them?

Yes, just pop out the cv, lever out the pot from the gearbox with a big screwdriver or jemmy bar, then hook out the o ring seal. Its the same seal as the manual mini unless you have an early auto with the hardy spicer driveshaft,s.
