Nope, it seems their rocking horse poo!, I don't suppose you have one laying in the top of your toolbox Martin?. Also after fitting back together the 1275 box, I've notice that its missing a blanking bung on the valve block on the right hand side looking from the front, whereas the 2x 998,s have this fitted. Was the bung down away with on later boxes?.

The valve body has a rubber bung/ plug thats on the right hand side, you have to remove the top right hand bolt that comes out to release the bung as its shaped to go round the bolt. Just could,nt understand why the 998,s had it and the later 1275 box did,nt, maybe it was a cost saver. I have transfered it over from the 998 just to be safe.

Still after this plug connector, its a double bullet connection, probably made by lucas, perhaps its fitted on other type of installation.

Hi Terry, I have some spare 1275 bits. Can you post a pic of what you need and I'll see if I have one, unless Martins already on the case?

If you have one Stu then be my guest, as Terry needs one, I just haven't been able to dig to the back of my unit yet, but I do have them once I get that far back.

Yeah its the rubber plug/boot that connects to the 2 pin lucas immobilser switch on front cover of gearbox, as fitted to 1275 box with park function. Last resort is to make up a couple of bullet connectors. Attachments:
