Its a top and reverse kit so should be OK ask Somerford Mini
(https://www.mgroverpartfinder.com/XPART-MG-ROVER-PART-2163-18G8626---Somerford+Mini+Ltd.aspx?back=%2fShowProducts.aspx%3fPageIndex%3d51%26part%3dK%26browse%3d&back1=%2fShowDealerProduct.aspx%3fPageIndex%3d%26part%3d18G8626%26browse%3d%26SortBy%3d%26direction%3d&Amount=1&Price=0)
If nothing else the friction plates will be OK

I looked up the Kit 18G8626 on the BL parts list and it is a Top/Reverse Clutch repair kit for 848, 998 Minis from1966 to 1984 (and probably beyond but I don't have the parts list fiche after that date). It is also used in the Austin/Morris 1100. The corresponding kit for the 1300 is 18G8712. The difference seems to be that the 1100 and presumably therefore the 848 and 998 Minis had a two plate Top/Reverse Clutch while the 1300 had a three plate Clutch.
That price on eBay is quite expensive for what it is. The Master Repair Kit from JPAT cost about twice as much but comes with the the repair kits for both clutches (6 plates in all for 1.3 Mini) and all the gaskets/seals etc for the whole box.

I suspect it would not be suitable, the small bore kit will only have 2x friction plates per clutch pack ,whereas the 92 spec gearbox has 6x in total. Also i think the early gearbox has a different number of teeth on the friction steels.
