I have decided to sell my spare autobox, I stripped the box some time ago to check its condition and put it back together un-fixed, it is an early box late 60's or early 70's it would definitely need a full rebuild before it could be used again or use it as a parts box. comes with torque converter, no idea how well that works. Its a heavy unit, I would be prepare to deliver up to 50 km from the Barossa Valley, South Australia. $200.00 Aust Looks like my photos are too big, I shall post them after reducing. Hallo jockduck,
my Mini 1968 needs a torque converter. Here in germany is a total emptyness for such parts. Is it possible to sent me pictures from both sides of the torque converter. The one I'm looking for has outside at the flanks two screws, I think they are for oil drain.
Last time I've bougth a few hydrolastic displacers in australia. Shipment to Germany was no problem.
Excuse my simple english, please, I've really done my best.
regards from Leverkusen Michael

Hi, OK I will take some photos and weigh the T/C, I have no idea if the T/C is any good I have never run it, it does look better than the one in my Mini auto. I would thought you might have a better chance of sourcing a T/C in the UK. Jock
