Just wondering if filter bowls could be machined from scratch from billet steel?
I ended up distorting an Original recently and i know others have done it too
Thing is theres so many lush bits being machined from Billet these days including filter heads and as our beloved Autos cannot use spin on filters could the bowls be re manufactured but instead of from pressed steel machined from billet instead?
Would it hold the pressure I'm thinking it would be stronger?
I guess they would look Rather kewl too
I think this is one for Martin or Kadmini?
