Hello, I have a problem with my automatic gearbox, I wanted to replace the clutch discs and at reassembly the car moves back but does not move forward, I disassemble it again to see the problem and the I saw a piece of gasket that blocks the arrival of oil,Is it that bad?

I can be contacted on martin@kmprecisionengineering.com Did you ensure the pipe was in the correct place ? a simple check is to perform a pressure test on the transmission if the pipe is not connected you will get low pressure in forward gear.

Hello how to perform a pressure test? I can be contacted on martin@kmprecisionengineering.com You would need a pressure gauge kit, the actual procedure is in the official workshop manual, I am pretty sure I have seen a french copy online recently as a PDF When you fit the auxiliary pump assembly did you use the forward clutch holding tool ? and did you slide the sleeve back over the CI (cast iron) rings ? thren align the copper pipe to go in the aperture for the pipe that is on the auxiliary pump.
