Hi Paul
yes I'm over the moon, its only taken me 4 years to finish project. I'm still looking for CD I saved progress pictures on so I can post them. Do you know how difficult torque convertor removal from an engine on the bench is ?

Hi Graeme
I've never taken a torque convertor out so I cant say how difficult it is.
It's in the Haynes manual (section 2a-11 detailed as an engine-in procedure) - shown as medium difficulty but needing some specialist tools. I know that MRA Minis (www.mra-minis.co.uk) sell these.
There's also write-up in the "how to" section of this forum with loads of pictures. I think I would start here.
If you have any specific problems post them on the techie pages and I'm sure someone more knowledgable than me will help you out.
Hope this helps.
Paul
