Hi everyone Been very busy fixing fuel leaks, changing oil, and polishing this weekend. Anyone know where I can get a proper car cover to keep the paintwork nice. I bought a small car cover from Argos but in the instructions not recommended for cars over 20 yrs old or classics - something about traping moisture . Also found some pictures but need a bit of help how to post them. Cheers Graeme

Hi Greame Sounds like you have been busy. Can't wait to see the pictures. I use www.photobucket.com to put photographs on here. You upload the pictures to Photobucket (it's free but ad-heavy), then click on "share", "get link code", then cut and past the code under 'IMG for bulletin boards & forums' into your posting on here. Always preview your message to make sure that it's worked before you post it. There are many other ways, so you may found one that's easier. I recently bought a new cover for my mini. I had a cheap universal £20 jobbie before but it just wasn't waterproof and was a bit of a nightmare to fit. I bought a 'Stormforce All Weather 4-Layer Car Cover'. Made to measure for the classic Mini, waterproof and breathable. It fits really well, and even has straps to tie under the car although we don't think that we'll need them. Costs about £120 but I do feel that it's worth it. You can see a picture on my project thread: autominiregister.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=project&action=display&thread=662 The family say that it's looks a big mouse or a baby elephant ;D ;D I bought it from here: stores.ebay.co.uk/coveryourcar They have a range of made-to-measure covers for the classic mini starting at just over £60. hth Paul
