Good luck with that!! Great project, I have been watching the weather the UK has been having over the last few weeks. Bummer ! I saw a news article about about having to import more tons of salt to through on your roads to get traffic moving again. I was so horrified, we get some snow here but salted roads are very uncommon . No wonder you guys are doing rust repairs to late model minis !!!!

Good Luck in Iraq Looking forward to more updates on your car when you return kiwihcn couldn't agree more In the UK we get snow and everything grinds to a Halt The people arnt to blame though as generally people will help one another out in such circumstances its the Governments appalling couldn't care less attitude and not being prepared Russia,Canada,Norway,Sweden and other coutries have severe snow but they have provisions to deal with it If Only this Country would send somebody over there on a Fact Finding Mission they would realise theres no need for grit All we need are Snow Plows and an army of Manual workers around the country with Snow Shovels As they arnt too bright our Government Boris has Stayed at Home away from that Nasty Salt

the uk needs some nice oshkosh snow plows and everything would be fine www.oshkoshsnow.com/i have personally driven the 1000hp H-series snow plow and its freakin bad s$$ i think it was a c-18 or c-19 cat diesel engine powering it, nice is the only word to say about it and i have my mini on jack stands inside for the winter, i pulled the engine from it also

had to move the mounts for the bonnet because i guess the bonnet was a earlier style, the mounts where more inwards, and cut the lip off and got the rest of the drivers side de-seamed
